2. My wife had to shake her empty glass in the air to get their attention and then got an attitude with the refill.
A nice cabin style bar and grill located right on the lake. At times on the outside patio it seemed the wind blew the smell of a cattle farm somewhere nearby, but you can drive right up on a boat to their docks. They have weekday specials and I ordered the baked fish for the Friday special, which was delicious and filling. It came with rice pilaf or baked potato and another side. The service seemed pretty forgetful as we had to ask multiple times for water cups and water. Overall I'd rate it 3.5 stars for great food , atmosphere, and view but it was a little lacking in service.
I just don't get it with this establishment. Customers are often treated like a nuisance. Order carry out; save yourself the stress. I'm done coming in and fighting for service.
5. Sat at a table for dinner with my family. Food was great as usual, but getting a water was next to impossible. Our server took our food and drink order and the next time she showed up to our table was with the bill. Never checked up once throughout the course of the meal.
4. A gentleman sitting next to us asked for a coaster because his drink was sliding around on the beautiful bar. Tattooed chick snorted, gave him a face, and tossed him a coaster... WOW.
3. I approached the bar when I got there and the sassy tender with the tattoos said straight-faced, "What do you want?"... How about a 'Hello'?

Food is really great. Service is totally unacceptable. I've been coming here for years and the service has gradually gotten worse until I've been compelled to write this review. My points below are on separate occasions.
Went to Ted's to watch the Badgers football game. Only two bartenders on, they had a hard time keeping up on drinks. But the food is better than average.
Good place but it could be so much better. I think they push for quantity over quality at times. Food is fine.
The atmosphere and music outside was very nice. They were very busy and the two waitresses could not keep up. We were able to bring our dog and have her sit by our picnic table which was very nice.
6. Mandatory 2% credit card fee no matter how much you spend, also a 20$ minimum. I understand credit card companies suck in this regard, but how about a 2% charge for orders under 30$.
